Did you know that Yard House has a Traveling Training Team? The team consists of hourly team members who are already on the training team at their home location. The Traveling Trainers arrive at a new location opening at various stages depending on the needs of their respective department. They remain in the new location anywhere from 3-8 weeks (depending on the need) and assist in training, teaching classroom, and carrying the torch for the Yard House culture.

The Yard Core team recently conducted interviews for available positions on the Traveling Training Team. We were excited to see so many candidates that have a desire to be ambassadors for Yard House! Interviews were conducted across the nation via phone, video conference, and in person at the Support Center in Irvine, California. Over the last two months we have interviewed over thirty-five candidates, and will continue to interview candidates on an on-going basis.
